Spendlyo is a personal budgeting application designed to help users manage their monthly allowance and daily spending. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles your information.

Spendlyo is built on a simple principle: your financial data is personal, and it should stay with you. The application does not communicate with any external server, does not collect any personal information, and does not transmit any data outside of your device under any circumstances.

Spendlyo does not collect, store remotely, or share any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifier
• Your phone number or device contacts
• Your location or GPS data
• Your device's camera or microphone access
• Your IP address or network information
• Your behavioral data, usage patterns, or session recordings
• Your financial account details or bank information
• Any analytics, crash reports, or telemetry

All data you enter in Spendlyo — including your budget, expenses, income, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using a secure, fast, offline local database.

This data is only accessible by the Spendlyo application on your device. It is never backed up to any cloud service, never exported automatically, and never shared with any third party.

• Data is stored on-device only
• No cloud backup or sync
• No third-party storage services
• You retain full ownership and control of your data

Spendlyo does not require an internet connection to function. All features of the application work fully offline.

The application does not request the INTERNET or ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Android permissions. This means the application is technically incapable of sending or receiving any data over a network.

Spendlyo requests only the minimum permissions required to store your data locally on your device.

• Read and write to local app storage (for saving your budget and expenses)

Spendlyo does not request permission to access:

• Internet or network state
• Camera or microphone
• Contacts or phone
• Location services
• Bluetooth or NFC
• External storage beyond the app's own data folder

Spendlyo does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information of any kind. The application is ready to use immediately after installation with no registration step.

We do not collect or store any identifier that could be used to identify you as an individual, including but not limited to: email addresses, usernames, phone numbers, or device identifiers.

Spendlyo is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including minors. Because the application does not collect any personal data, does not require an account, and has no network connectivity, it presents no privacy risk to children.

The application complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by design — there is no personal data to collect, store, or share.

You have complete control over all data stored by Spendlyo. You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:

• Delete all transactions — available in Settings → Danger Zone
• Reset budget — available in Settings → Danger Zone
• Uninstall the app — removes all Spendlyo data from your device permanently

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published at the same URL and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree with any update, you may stop using the application and uninstall it at any time.

Because Spendlyo does not collect your contact information, we are unable to notify you directly of policy changes. Changes will only be communicated through the app's Google Play Store listing and this page.
